Dealer Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $3,500 or more (for Silver tier dealers and above), excluding HD Hybrid Edging, HD Hybrid Stakes, Cleaning & Protectants, Mounted Tool Rack, Plow Mount Organizer, BarBoxx, Weber Compactors, and Dust X Vacs.
Free shipping applies to standard ground and basic freight charges only. Additional charges for expedited shipping, residential delivery, liftgate service, limited access, re-delivery, or other special freight services are the responsibility of the customer.
A 5% drop-ship handling fee will be added to all drop-ship items.
Pave Tool reserves the right to determine the shipping method and carrier for all orders.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping or that contain excluded products.
Small package (parcel/ground) orders placed on a business day will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days. While our warehouse team strives to meet this goal consistently, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
Please be aware that any items marked as "backorder" will not ship until they are back in stock. Please be aware this may also cause delays with shipping your entire order.
Freight, special order items and large equipment orders will take 4-5 days to process before shipping. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days for expedited shipping options.
For international shipments, please be aware that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be approved prior to shipment.
Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, the shipping speed is determined by the shipping company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
