The leader in soil and paver compaction equipment.
Weber MT offers a number of compaction equipment options that include: forward plate compactors, reversible soil compactors and rammers (also known as jumping jacks).
Weber MT's heavier reversible soil compactors (like the above pictured, CR 7) also offer the addition of state-of-the-art COMPATROL. The first continuous compaction control system where the vibration of the base plate is increased or decreased based on the soil conditions. The results are displayed on the control panel adn tell you when optimal compaction is reached. This allows for less reworking of an area with no over compaction, and gives a more uniform compaction due to a continuous compaction measurement.
CR 7 - Reversible Soil Compactor
Progress and quality have taken a new shape in the heavy-duty CR class of reversible soil compactors. The hydraulic shift, the self-adjusting centrifugal clutch as well as the protection frame with engine cover and electric starter are standard equipment features on the CR 7. This 1,000 lb. machine is also available with the COMPATROL soil density meter and can be powered by a Honda gasoline engine.
CR 3 - Reversible Soil Compactor
Medium duty soil compactors with forward and reverse travel are ideal for use in the landscaping sector, in road construction or in structural engineering: with state-of-the-art technology, outstanding performance and - above all - long lasting quality. The CR 3 soil compactors are available in various working widths and with several engine options. The hydraulic shift, the sefl-adjusting clutch, the adjustable handle-bar and the enhanced protection frame with lifting eye are part of the standard equipment. The CR 3 was completely redesigned in late 2007 and offers an astounding 7,650 lbs. of force for a 450 lb. machine.
CF 2 - Forward Plate Compactor
The CF 2, a forward plate compactor, has many standard and optional features that will promote safety and increase efficiency in asphalt and soil compaction. Large areas can be compacted in a very short time due to the smooth operation of the machine and 3,150 lbs. of centrifugal force. The rounded base plate provides a smooth finish. When equipped with the optional large capacity water tank and attached wheel kit, the CF 2 becomes an extremely versatile compactor.
SRV 620 - Rammer
It is easy to recognize the quality being built into every vibratory tamper manufactured by Weber MT. Excellent compaction results, exemplary operating comfort and rugged design are the essential requirements vibratory tampers must meet. Weber MT has not only increased the impact power, but also made substantial progress toward operational comfort. Example: the new SRV 620 has superior handling characteristics due to a lower center of gravity, low hand/arm vibrations,a narrower guide handle and improved climbing ability.
